There are no rigid guidelines; this is why we conduct thorough cupping sessions to determine the optimal roast.
Our roasting technique is exclusively guided by the essence of the coffee, transcending the limitations of the brewing process. Indeed, we boast a solitary roast that caters to any brewing method.
